What are private luxury villa rentals?

Private luxury villa rentals, also known as holiday homes or vacation rentals, are privately-owned have one bedroom up to villas that are available for rent for short periods of time. These villas can be five to ten bedrooms, or even more and are ideal for a kind of trip in absolute privacy.

Who is O Luxury Villas ?

O' Luxury Villas is a full-serviced villa rental company featuring the most luxurious and exclusive villa rentals in different destinations. We specialize on villas with a minimum of 3 to up to 23 bedrooms, with a dedicated staff that includes a chef, a manager, housekeepers, and a local concierge. The O' Luxury Villas caters to the discerning traveler who wants the best modern amenities and features that are typically found in luxury resorts but offered in a more private, exclusive, and intimate setting.

What is the process when booking a villa?

Step 1: Start by browsing through our premium villa listings on our website, in Mykonos with the links below.

Step 2: Go to the contact forms by clicking on the BOOK NOW or INQUIRE button appearing on each villa page.

Step 3: Fill out and complete all information required in the form and click SUBMIT.

Once your inquiry is submitted, one of our villa specialists will review your request, and respond to you as soon as possible by email or phone within or less than 2 hours. Once you decide which of our villas to rent, a booking agreement will be sent to you along with the payment instruction and procedures. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed and we can start planning your stay arrangements following your preferences.

What is the typical price range for a villa rental?

Depending on the size of the property, number of bedrooms, or even the quality of design and architecture, the price range varies. For the villas under O' Luxury Villas collection, the price range can go from EU 1,000/night up to EU 15,000/night. This also depends on the season during your travel period (if it’s low, high, or peak season). Another factor that the price would vary can be based on the number of guests and the number of days or weeks you want to stay at the villa. The longer you stay, the better rates you can get.

Is there any staff at the villa and do we have to pay extra?

All villas under O' Luxury Villas portfolio are with a daily staff that is inclusive in the rental price. The staff includes a dedicated housekeeper, and concierge. Other staff at the villa may include or can be requested at an additional cost such as a butler, driver, masseuse, and other services that will be discussed with you by our villa specialist during the booking process. On the other hand, our Villas all come with a dedicated concierge and with a private staff that is available at an extra cost upon request.

What are the facilities that we can use at the villa?

All villas are unique in design and architecture that applies the same way regarding facilities. The most prominent feature of a luxury villa rental is a private swimming pool, which is exclusive for your use and any member of your traveling group. Other facilities at the villa may include, lounging areas, outdoor/indoor dining areas, private cinema room, entertainment/games area, private bar, sauna and steam, spa room, tennis court, etc.

How do I know that my payment is secure?

It’s important that you know who you are dealing with. If you are booking through a company or agency, make sure to check their background. The safest way to book is through bank transfer.

What is the Payment or Refund Policy?

Before booking any villa, make sure to read the booking terms. All villas have same way in terms of payment and refund policy. As a standard procedure for many villa rentals, upon confirmation of booking the villa, a deposit of 50% will be required. The other 50% will be collected closer to 60 days prior to your arrival date. The refund policy is entirely up to the owner.

What is the best way to choose the right villa for me?

-There are many things to consider booking or choosing the right villa. First you need to identify your wants and needs. How many guests you will be traveling with, do you wish to be near the beach or the sea, or you’d prefer to be on the hillside or hilltop? Are you traveling with someone who needs special attention or maybe toddlers and kids?

-The easiest way to find your ideal villa is to let our villa specialists know every single detail that we need to know about the configuration of your group and your plans when you are at the villa or in the destination. Then once we know what you need, we will help you find that perfect villa that will match according to your requirements.

Are all villas safe for kids or child-friendly?

Not all villas are designed to be child or kid friendly. Always inform us before dealing with if you are traveling with children or babies. There are many villas in all our destinations are kid friendly especially the ones that are built on a flat ground, mostly beachfront villas. Is it possible to get married, renew our wedding vows or hold a private party at the villa?

Guests intending to use the villa for a private party or wedding must inform us, who will seek any necessary permission required. Insurance cover is not included for private parties or weddings and you will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting responsibility for any damage caused. You are quite welcome to entertain your friends during your stay, however this must be within reason and not cause excessive workloads for the house staff. Properties that are happy to host weddings or events can be selected via the search panel on our website.

Villa food and drink arrival packs

If not included in the price, we can provide details of food packs and, in fact, we highly recommend that you request one to be placed in your villa. A standard arrival pack includes drinks and food items suitable for your first dinner and breakfast, although groceries can easily be provided for weekend and holiday arrivals. Payable locally, prices do vary and full details will be given to you at the time of booking.

Is there a minimum night stay requirement?

Yes there is. During high season, the usual minimum letting period for all of our featured properties is one week (with the usual changeover day being a Saturday). During peak holiday periods, such as Christmas, the minimum letting period is usually between 5 to 7 nights. However, this may be more depending on the destination, so do please check with your Luxury Travel Specialists. During other seasons, there may be more flexibility, so shorter stays and different start days may be available, upon request.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

As with most hotels, villas have a standard check-in time (usually from 3pm to 11pm) and check-out time (usually between 10am and 11am). However, depending on whether or not the property has been occupied by other guests prior to your arrival, an early check-in may be available. Similarly, if the property is not expecting guests on the day of your departure and your flight isn’t until early evening, arrangements can be made for a later check-out. Usually, extra charges will apply. Alternatively, if the property is located close to one of our featured hotels, we would be more than happy to try and arrange a day room on your behalf. All these details should be discussed, and necessary arrangements made, at the time of booking.

Who cleans the villa?

Most, if not all, of our villas have the services of a maid included in the price. The days and hours worked vary from property to property. Minimum duties include cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms and communal rooms, though not always making the beds. Most maids can be hired for extra hours and for laundry services, payable locally. Generally, maids do not work on Public Holidays.

Am I able to arrange for additional staff to come in while I am staying at a property that only has a maid service?

We will happily try to arrange any additional staff services on your behalf. All your requirements can be discussed, and necessary arrangements made, at the time of booking.

Are the villas equipped with air-conditioning?

Some villas are fully air-conditioned, whilst others only have air-conditioning in the bedrooms. This information is available on the appropriate villa page on our website.
