Epavli Villa is a Brand New seafront stylish escape, built just 25 meters from the turquoise waters of Heraklion Gulf in the Cretan Sea, Greece. Epavli Villa is situated on the north coast of Crete Island, nestled between Rethymnon and Heraklion Town.
The villa is a spacious, three-level property covering 380 square meters, set on a vast 4000 square meter property, and consists of 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that may accommodate up to 12 guests. Each bedroom has a private entrance connected to the air-conditioned Gym Area. This space is fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to soak in the endless blue of the Cretan Sea or admire stunning sunsets while you exercise.
The bedrooms are luxuriously equipped with satellite flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, and en-suite bathrooms featuring deluxe showers. Except for one, each room has floor-to-ceiling balcony doors that open up to a wrap-around balcony offering breathtaking sea views. Two bedrooms present direct sea views, while another offers a captivating mountain-sea vista.
A separate staircase takes you from the main hall to an open-plan living and dining area on the ground floor. Here, the living space is furnished with plush leather sofas, a 55” Smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The dining area boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a bar table with seating for 6, and a stylish wooden table that accommodates up to 12 people. The master bedroom on this floor is a sanctuary of luxury with a king-size bed, smart TV, air conditioning, and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom complete with aero and hydro massages.
Stepping out from the ground floor, you'll find yourself in a lavish outdoor area featuring a 17-meter heated infinity pool. The pool area offers a partly roofed terrace with a seating area, a pool deck equipped with sun lounges, and shaded areas for relaxation. For alfresco dining, a BBQ area with a stone oven and a table seating up to 12 people is at your disposal. A wall stone bench with plush cushions next to the oven offers additional seating.
